Returning my order on bendavis.com was simple and easy to figure out, which I appreciated. The only downside was that it took longer than I expected to actually get my refund. It wasn’t a huge hassle or anything, just kind of slow. I’d probably order from them again, but I do wish the return process was a bit quicker and smoother.

I first ordered a couple of Ben Davis shirts a while back, then came back a few weeks later for some pants, and the sizing has been consistent each time. I don’t feel like I have to guess or second-guess what size to get, which is a big plus. Everything has fit the way I expected so far, so I’ll definitely keep buying from them

I’m particular about how pants fit and feel, and these actually checked the boxes for me. The fit was good, the fabric is nice and thick, and they didn’t take too long to arrive. Overall, I’m happy with them and would buy from this shop again.

"Colors Were Exactly Like the Photos"
I ordered a couple shirts from bendavis.com, the colors came in pretty much exactly like they looked online. I was expecting them to be a little brighter in person or something, but they weren’t. It made me feel better about ordering again since I can actually trust the pictures. Overall, it was a solid experience

"Solid shirts, no weird shrinking"
I grabbed a couple shirts from Ben Davis and they’ve been holding up really well. I’ve washed and dried them a few times already, and they didn’t do that unnecessary shrinking thing some other work shirts do. The fit still feels the same as when I got them, so I’m happy with the purchase.

"Great work pants with actually useful pockets"
I got a pair from bendavis mainly for work, and the pockets are what sold me. They’re deep enough for my phone, keys, a couple small tools... and I don’t have to worry about everything sliding out the second I sit down. It’s such a basic thing, but it really does make a difference. Shipping was fine too, no issues there

Every time I check, it’s never in stock. At this point my brain just takes the shortcut and assumes it won’t be available before I even look. Frustrating when you’re trying to actually buy it

I ordered this from Ben Davis after looking through the product photos, and what arrived was pretty much spot on. The fabric feels sturdy, the color matched the pictures, and the fit is good without feeling too tight. The photos were actually really helpful when I was deciding what to get. Shipping was smooth too, no problems at all. Simple, useful, and I’d definitely buy again

"Cute clothes, slow replies"
I really like the clothes and there’s something about it that makes me want to keep shopping there, but the customer service was slow. I emailed about my order just wanting a quick update, and it took a few days to hear back, which was frustrating. They did eventually reply, but the response felt a little rushed and didn’t fully answer what I was asking. Not a terrible experience, but I expected better communication from an online store.

I ordered from bendavis.com and it was smooth. The site was easy to get around, pages loaded without any problems, and finding sizes wasn’t a hassle or anything. Checkout went through fine too, no weird errors or confusing steps. The product info was clear enough that I didn’t have to keep clicking around forever. Nothing super fancy, but it did what it needed to do, so... yeah, I’d probably use it again

"Wish There Were More Size Options"
I do like the clothes and the website is easy to use, but I noticed the sizing feels a bit limited. I was shopping with my sister in mind too, and some of the pieces we liked didn’t go up high enough in size. It would be great to see more options for different body types. Overall, still a decent experience.

The delivery was on time, which I really appreciated. I was kind of expecting to have to wait around for a while, you know how that can go, but it arrived when it was supposed to and that made everything easier.

"Shipping Took Way Too Long"
I ordered from Ben Davis thinking it would ship out in a few days, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated for a while, which was frustrating, especially since waiting for a basic order update feels like such a simple thing. The clothes were fine once they finally arrived, but the whole wait was annoying. I’m not sure I’d order again unless I really had plenty of time to spare.
